Finding the right companies.

Can I identify import buyers for my product?

Where company-level records are available, importer names and relevant product descriptions can support buyer research. Start with your product and target market, then review actual detail fields. A matched shipment is evidence of recorded trade, not a guarantee of a current buying requirement.

Does every country include buyer contact information?

No. Fields differ by country, version and record. The reviewed Indonesia customized sample includes importer website and identity fields; that does not mean every country supplies a current email, phone number or purchasing contact. Confirm the required fields in your own sample.

Is a supplier the same as an exporter?

Not necessarily. Some records identify them separately. Distinguish importer, consignee, exporter, supplier, producer and customs broker before deciding who to investigate.

Can I search without knowing an HS code?

Describe the product, grade, model or application in your sample request. Product wording can help refine a category, while the appropriate classification still needs confirmation. Do not choose a code solely because a similar name appears in a result.

Understanding the dataset.

How recent is the data?

Check the selected dataset, version and direction. Historical range, latest database date and one sample date are different measures. Our coverage review is dated; it is not a live status feed or a promise that every dataset updates at the same frequency.

Are imports and exports covered equally?

Do not assume so. The reviewed Chad and Burundi catalog entries have different import and export end dates. Import sample fields also do not establish the fields available in an export dataset.

Are the website examples live search results?

No. Country examples and walkthroughs present selected fields from reviewed records, with dates and versions identified. They omit company identities and personal contact values. Concept illustrations are labelled separately.

Can I compare unit prices across countries?

First align the product specification, period, quantity unit, currency and valuation basis. FOB, CIF, customs-assessed values and declaration totals can have different meanings. A declared unit value is not a current supplier quotation.

Does a search with no results prove there is no demand?

No. Version, dates, direction, classification and product wording can affect the result. Review the scope before drawing a market conclusion.

Before choosing access.

How do I request a relevant sample?

Use the request page to specify your product, target market, trade direction, research period and required fields. Review your requirements, add your contact details and click Submit request to send your inquiry directly to the TradeDaaS team. If the form cannot load, email susan@tradedatabase.com.

Can I export data, use an API or connect my CRM?

The reviewed system has a data-export entry, but account entitlements, limits, formats and any API or CRM integration require separate confirmation. Do not infer an included integration or unlimited downloads from a public example.

How much does access cost?

Ask the team for a proposal based on your markets, versions, research period, users and intended use. This website does not publish unconfirmed prices or a standard allocation of seats and downloads.

What training and support are included?

Ask the team to confirm onboarding, training format, support channels, service hours and any response commitment in your proposal. Public research guides are available to help you prepare a more specific discussion.
